At Lime Rock Career Co., we understand that every organization has different needs. Book a free consultation with us so we can create a custom HR support package tailored for you.

Step 2. Meeting

We’ll meet for a 30-minute virtual consultation to discuss your current practices and your overall goals. Together, we’ll design a customized HR consultancy package so we can fill the gaps you have now to achieve the success you desire.

Step 3. Onboarding

We walk you through our onboarding process (contract, first month’s invoice, and appropriate questionnaires/forms).

Step 4. Development

Once that’s complete, we'll get to work delivering the elevated, streamlined, and effective HR services we’ve agreed on.
