My Story
After years in the corporate world, I was ready for a new path - one where impactful change didn’t need endless approval layers. I wanted to work directly with businesses and job seekers, guiding them to thrive in ways that truly matter.
I started Limerock not only to help organizations like yours build better leaders but to bridge the gap for job seekers struggling with essential skills for building a successful career. Time and again, I saw talented individuals miss big-time opportunities because of a weak resume or unpolished interview skills.
Job search skills are life skills that impact mental health and financial stability, and I’m here to fill that gap with practical, empowering guidance, rooted in 28+ years of experience.
On a personal level, my business also allows me to prioritize family. As the mom of two amazing sons with autism and the wife of a retired Marine officer who still travels frequently, flexibility is essential. My company is designed to make an impact in others' lives while keeping my own family front and center. I practice what I preach.

As the founder and CEO of Lime Rock Consulting, Mindy blends her expertise in HR, business strategy, and career development to offer a suite of services that empower both individuals and organizations.
What began as a career consulting business has since expanded to include HR consulting for small to mid-sized businesses, business coaching for women entrepreneurs, and professional speaking engagements. Her guiding philosophy, “People First, Profits Follow,” underscores her commitment to driving meaningful results through people-centered practices.

In addition to my teaching background, I am also an entrepreneur and former e-commerce business owner, bringing a unique perspective on navigating the job market and understanding what it takes to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
